A note from the family.

“As we reflect on this week, it’s hard to put into words how grateful we are. Because of BSB and the incredible generosity of its donors, our family was given something that is so easy to lose in the busyness of everyday life: uninterrupted time together.

For the first time in a long time, we weren't thinking about work, finances, or everything waiting for us back home. We were simply present with one another, and that gift is something we will never take for granted.

One of the moments that stood out most was realizing we probably took more family photos this week than we have in the last two years combined. Not because we suddenly decided to take more pictures, but because we finally had the opportunity to slow down and create memories worth capturing, all together.

As parents, we spend so much time trying to give our children a beautiful childhood that it's easy to forget we're living our parenthood too. This week reminded us to be fully present and to cherish these moments together.

To everyone at BSB and to every donor who made this experience possible, thank you. Your generosity gave our family so much more than a trip. You gave us time, connection, and memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
