Kenzie was born and raised in Billings, Montana, and grew up with a great appreciation for the beauty of her home state. She has fond memories of growing up and taking advantage of her surroundings with her family through hiking, hunting, fishing, and camping. Kenzie grew up with a passion for sports which led her to her next adventure….
Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. Kenzie graduated from MSU in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. While there, she met her college sweetheart and future fiance, Connor, who played on the MSU football team.
Kenzie is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Big Sky Bravery, which she sees as a unique organization that believes in proactive support for our nation’s most elite fighting forces. Being passionate about trying to prevent a problem before it begins, the mission of BSB resonated deeply with her. After volunteering for BSB in the past, she jumped at the opportunity to join the staff.
Giving back to our military members will forever be a top priority for her. With two grandfathers who served our country, 1 in Vietnam and the other in Korea, she has fond memories of sitting with her heroes and listening to the stories they would share of their time on battlefields and beyond. When they would talk, everyone would stop and listen. This began a deeply-rooted pride for those who serve our country.
When she’s not in the office, giving back to the bigger picture of our organization, you will find her planning her wedding for next summer and hiking the beautiful trails of Montana with her fiance and beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Reggie.
